Remote Sensing and Image Interpretation

Hunter and Associates has been utilizing airphoto interpretation, image analysis and remote sensing technology for coordination of environmental field research and development of resource management policy recommendations since 1977. The firm has had extensive involvement in the development of large scale 70 mm simultaneous aerial photography and video imagery technologies for application in such areas as shllow water and coastal mapping, forest and wildlife surveys, ice studies and electrical transmission line condition surveys. Concurrent with photo and image acquisition and interpretation, Hunter and Associates also provides services in analytical photogrammetry, thematic mapping from remote sensing, airborne positioning, automated digitial video image analysis and computre plotting for precision mapping and quantity surveys.
